Once you raise a ticket from our website or a direct call. Post collecting the advance payment we initiate the vehicle's direction to your pet's place. It may take 1.5 hour or less as per traffic situation and distances. Be assured, we are on toes to be at your side as quickly possible. We may need 5 minutes of your time to finish other requirements such as signatures, ID proof, collect the pending due amount and declaration forms to be undersigned by pet parent.

Yes, absolutely we encourage you this. There's no way you would like to offer your last respects to the pet in haste or during your busy schedule or absence in the city. We shall provide freezer services at a cost and wait for your scheduled availability.
